Bulka Charity Foundation is a humanitarian NGO established to improve the situation of vulnerable and under-served populations across Nigeria.
Through advocacy, charitable interventions, skill acquisition programs, and strategic partnerships, we seek to address immediate needs while empowering individuals and communities for sustainable development. Special attention is given to families of deceased military personnel and communities affected by conflict, with the aim of restoring dignity, hope, and resilience.

Meet our trustees
Ibrahim Abbas
Mr Ibrahim Abbas is the Chairman and Founder of Bulka Charity Foundation, providing strategic vision and governance oversight to advance sustainable social impact across Nigeria. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Bulka Investment Limited, where he has led diversified investments in real estate, infrastructure, and strategic development projects.
Through the Foundation, he channels private-sector discipline into initiatives that promote education, economic empowerment, and community development. As Chairman, he ensures the Foundation operates with integrity, transparency, and long-term impact, aligning social interventions with sustainable development goals.
Mohammed Sani Bello
Mohammed Sani Bello is an experienced real estate and construction professional with expertise in property management, operations, and strategic planning. He holds a BTech in Estate Management and a PGD in Construction Management.
He has worked with several reputable organizations, including Nellyani Properties and Investments Ltd and Zavati Realty ltd. He previously served as Operations Manager at JeSwel Shelter, overseeing operational processes and project execution. Currently, he is the Director of Operations and Strategy at Bulka Investment and is a trustee of the Foundation, where he focuses on governance, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic development.
Mustapha Abubakar Yuguda
Mustapha Abubakar Yuguda is an economist and project management professional. He is an alumnus of the Nigerian Military School, Zaria and holds a degree in Economics from Nile University of Nigeria.
As a Project Manager at Bulka Investment, he oversees the financial and operational aspects of multi-site construction projects, driving budget optimization, financial accountability, and efficient resource utilization. He also serves as Director of Operations and Strategy at Greentrack Solutions, a clean energy company which advances solar deployment across Sub-Saharan Africa in partnership with Envirogood UK, a Google-backed clean-tech firm.
Mustapha contributes valuable strategic insight, financial discipline and governance-focused leadership to the Foundation’s mission in Nigeria.
Awanatu Muhammad Abdulsalam
Awanatu Muhammad Abdulsalam is a dynamic Admin Secretary at Bulka Investment and a trustee of the Foundation. With a National Diploma in Computer Science from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic and an ongoing BSc in Computer Science at Nasarawa State University, Keffi, she brings tech-savvy expertise to her role.
As Admin Secretary, Awanatu ensures seamless operations, manages schedules, and coordinates events with finesse. At the Foundation, she spearheads volunteer programs, coordinates outreach initiatives, and leverages her IT skills to amplify the Foundation’s impact.
